Each Alphazlumen plan is a one-time, fixed-scope engagement. You pay once, we build and hand over your content factory, and your team owns it permanently. There are no ongoing licence fees charged by us — only the standard subscription costs of any third-party tools you choose to use. Prices below are in Kenyan Shillings and reflect the full scope of each plan, inclusive of all sessions, documentation, and the 30-day post-handover support window.

Yes. For the Professional and Enterprise plans, we offer a two-instalment schedule: 50% at project kick-off and 50% at final handover. The Start plan is payable in full at kick-off. Payments are accepted by M-Pesa, bank transfer, or credit card.
Contact us before purchasing. We will assess your situation in a 30-minute scoping call and recommend either a standard plan or, in some cases, a custom scope priced separately. Custom engagements start from KSh 250,000.
We offer a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of kick-off and before any deliverables have been shared. After that point, work completed is billable at a pro-rated daily rate. Because each engagement is custom-scoped, we cannot offer blanket satisfaction refunds — which is why we invest time in the scoping call to ensure alignment before any payment is made.
