A Full Content Factory — Designed Around Your Organisation

One integrated engagement covers strategy, infrastructure, people, and measurement — so your content operation is built to last.

What We Build and How We Build It

Alphazlumen does not sell individual blog posts or social media packages. We design and implement the operational system that produces content at scale and at consistent quality — the factory, not the product. A typical engagement runs ten to fourteen weeks and concludes with a fully documented, team-operated content machine. We begin with a discovery audit of your existing content assets, tools, and team capacity. From there we move through five structured phases: strategy definition, pipeline design, toolstack configuration, team onboarding, and analytics setup. At each phase you receive deliverables — documented artefacts, configured systems, and trained team members — not just recommendations in a slide deck.

What We Do Not Do — and Why That Matters

We are a setup and systems consultancy, not a managed content agency. Once your factory is running, content production is owned by your team. We do not write articles on your behalf on an ongoing retainer, manage your social channels, or run paid media campaigns. If your goal is to outsource production permanently rather than build internal capacity, we are not the right fit — and we will tell you so at the discovery call. We also cannot guarantee specific search-ranking outcomes: algorithm changes, domain authority, and competition are factors outside any consultant's control. What we do guarantee is a professionally structured system, documented processes, and a trained team that is equipped to produce and improve content independently.

Common Questions About Content Factory Setup

How long does a full content factory setup take?

Most engagements run between ten and fourteen weeks from kick-off to final handover. The timeline depends on your team's size, existing toolstack, and how quickly stakeholders can provide approvals at each phase. A solo-founder business with a single writer can be operational in eight weeks; a department of twelve may take sixteen.

Do you work with businesses outside Malindi?

Yes. While we are based in Malindi, we work with clients across Kenya — Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Eldoret — and with Kenyan diaspora businesses operating internationally. All onboarding and training sessions are conducted remotely via video call, with asynchronous documentation shared through your preferred project management platform.

Which content management systems and tools do you support?

We configure pipelines on WordPress, Webflow, Ghost, and HubSpot CMS. For project management we work with Notion, Asana, ClickUp, and Trello. Analytics setup covers Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio dashboards. If your team already uses a different toolstack, contact us before purchasing — we will assess compatibility at no charge.

What does "team onboarding" include?

Team onboarding covers three live training sessions (each 90 minutes), a recorded walkthrough of all configured tools and workflows, a written tone-of-voice guide specific to your brand, and a 30-day post-handover support window during which your team can raise questions and request minor adjustments via email.

Can we upgrade our plan after the initial setup?

Yes. Clients on the Start plan frequently upgrade to Professional once their team is comfortable with the initial pipeline. Upgrades are priced as a differential — you pay the gap between tiers, not the full cost of the higher plan. Contact us within 90 days of handover to apply the upgrade credit.

The team onboarding phase was where I saw the biggest shift. Our three writers had been producing content for years, but they had never had a documented brief template or a structured review cycle. After Alphazlumen's onboarding sessions, revision rounds dropped from three or four to one. That alone saved us roughly four hours per article.
